Junior Consultant
ARSIC Social Impact Consulting is seeking a motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our remote team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative projects and initiatives that focus on human rights, gender equality and sustainable development globally.
We are looking for someone with a long-term vision, ready to commit to co-creating a purpose-driven consultancy and research company.
Job Location: Global and remote position with priority given to candidates from Indonesia and Kenya.
Employment type: Full-time employment or service contract with probation period / other arrangements possible for a suitable candidate outside of Kenya and Indonesia.

About the Role.
Key Responsibilities:

Support senior consultants in the design and implementation of social impact projects and research initiatives.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to gather insights and inform project outcomes.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, government entities, and international organizations.

Participate in stakeholder interviews and focus group discussions to collect relevant data.

Contribute to the development of training materials, support, organize and coordinate workshops and webinars on ARSIC Social Impact Learning Hub.

Contribute to the development of high-quality content, including reports, publications, and project documentation.

Engage in content editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with research objectives.

Coordinate and collaborate with ARSIC associates, data collectors and other stakeholders

Support other administrative, logistical and other assignments across all three pillars.
Required Qualification.
-
Bachelor’s degree in human rights, gender studies, child rights, social sciences, international relations, public policy, or a related field.

Thematic Expertise and interest: Knowledge and experience in at least two thematic priorities of ARSIC Social Impact Consulting;

Up to 2 years of relevant experience in consultancy, research, or project management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are an asset.

Ability to adapt to changing tasks, demands, and work across different time zones.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis tools; tech savvy;

Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS.

The candidate will have to adhere to ARSIC Social Impact Consulting’s internal policies and guidelines, including the Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy, and Confidentiality & Non-disclosure Agreement;

Due to ARSIC Social Impact Consulting Standards, the candidate will be required to present proof of no criminal record;
